Tivoli Plaza

Golden Estate Development engaged GNU Group to develop a comprehensive Masterplan Submittal for the branding, wayfinding, tenant signage and code signage for Tivoli Plaza, a new retail center in Dublin, CA.

Due to the site’s proximity to a local school and its inclusion of a preschool onsite, ownership sought to feature a branded sign program that felt modern and appealed to a younger demographic. The GNU Group developed a vibrant project logo, then designed a complimentary signage and wayfinding program that keyed into colors, shapes and patterns found within the branded environment.
