This 6 story, 140,000 sq ft building includes two subterranean parking levels and will be attached to the renovated historic Post Office. Plans for connection to a vibrant outdoor public parklet is a key amenity for the community and office workers within the building.

GNU worked closely with the development team to create a comprehensive branded sign program and a stunning outdoor mosaic mural to support the needs of future office and retail tenants of the development and celebrate Burlingame’s historic charm.
