GNU was engaged by Toda America and Orchard Commercial to design and manage the turnkey implementation of a comprehensive exterior sign program at the former “Hites Plaza” office complex in Dublin, CA. 

GNU developed a strategic master plan, including a formal Master Sign Program which laid out how to most effectively re-brand and identify the site with elements that included updated building signage, wayfinding and tenant identification.
