GNU Group worked with Longfellow Real Estate Partners & Studio Bondy Architecture to redevelop and rebrand this existing office space into a multi-tenant property in Emeryville, CA. 

Early in the process, a branded wall mural (supergraphic) was suggested as a way to create visual impact without counting toward the entitled sq footage for signage at the site, which is prominently located near Highway 80. 

In addition to the design and documentation of the project, GNU also guided Longfellow through all required city reviews and approvals.
