The Research Park

GNU Group partnered with Blue Rise Ventures to assist DRA Advisors in repositioning the existing Marina Village Office Park located in Alameda, CA. GNU worked closely with asset managers to plan, budget, design, document and gain City approvals for a comprehensive redesign and reuse of their existing sign program. GNU managed the turnkey implementation of the program across multiple fabrication and installation teams.
