Current best practices require many different tools to efficiently guide people to where they need to be.

Integrated Wayfinding strategy relies on multiple forms of communication to convey the information needed to get to a destination, on time and with maximum ease. Information is given when and where needed and can include appointment cards, appointment call reminders, website, environmental clues such as graphics, landmarks and signs.

We urge our members to review their appointment card information and our website to familiarize themselves with wayfinding information before they arrive. Once here, the sign program will guide their journey.
